Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following change:
to state part 4 of Article 26 in the following edition:
"The citizens who got education in not accredited educational organizations in the form of individual education and self-education have the right to certification in the form of the external studies, except as specified, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
