About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning application of two-component rates for hot water

To public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to approve the standard rate of consumption of cold water for provision of utility on hot water supply in premises and the standard rate of expense of heat energy on heating of cold water for provision of utility on hot water supply no later than January 1, 2021.
