For the purpose of standardization and establishment of uniform conditions on creation of documentation on award for carrying out public procurements of fuel products I ORDER:
1. Approve documentation on award for carrying out public procurements of fuel products (according to appendix).
2. The buying bodies and economic operators in case of initiation and holding procedures for acquisition of fuel products shall constitute documentation on award according to the approved documentation on award.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
