Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the notification and informing the population

In lists of licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of rendering the corresponding communication services approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 18, 2005 No. 87 "About approval of the list of names of the communication services brought in licenses and lists of licensed conditions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 9, Art. 719; 2006, No. 2, Art. 202; 2007, No. 38, Art. 4552; 2008, No. 4, Art. 275; 2015, No. 6, Art. 954):

a) to add item 4 of the Section I with the subitem "zh" of the following content:

"g) signaling of the notification and emergency information on the dangers arising in case of threat of origin or emergence of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, and also when conducting military operations or owing to these actions about rules of conduct of the population and need of holding actions for protection.";

b) to add item 4 of the Section V with the subitem "d" of the following content:
