The State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus and Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

in view of cancellation of the Agreement on cooperation between Control chamber of the Republic of Belarus and Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation of May 14, 1996,

being guided by the principles of mutual respect, trust, equality, partnership and cooperation,

expressing mutual aspiration to enhancement and increase in efficiency of the state financial control in both states, to improvement of procedure and methods of its realization,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties within the competence cooperate in the following main directions:

- experience exchange in the field of enhancement of methodology of control activities;

- studying of practice of realization of control functions in structure of the power of the State Parties of the Agreement;

- interaction in the field of professional training and advanced training of personnel;

- holding joint actions;

- information exchange.

The parties within the powers develop cooperation and mutual assistance in other directions which are of mutual interest.

Article 2

In the presence of opportunity, within the powers, one Party gives to other Party help by holding control actions concerning objects and objects of control, stipulated by the legislation according to the Republic of Belarus or the Russian Federation.

The parties based on the separate arrangement can create bilateral groups for holding joint control actions.

The decision on holding control action is made according to the procedure, determined by the legislation according to the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.

In case of assistance, and also holding control actions each of the Parties is guided by the legislation of the state.
