About measures for enhancement of aviation forest conservation
For the purpose of enhancement of aviation forest conservation I decide:
1. Reorganize till January 1, 2016 the public aviation rescue institution "AVIATION" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (further - GAASU "AIRCRAFT") by accession to it of the republican unitary enterprise of aviation forest conservation Bellesavia (further - RUP "Bellesavia") with increase in the number of staff of bodies and divisions for emergency situations at 250 units.
The established posts transferred according to part one of this Item are subject to inclusion in the number of staff of GAASU "AIRCRAFT" as civil personnel and are not government employees.
2. Assign to GAASU "AIRCRAFT" accomplishment of tasks on aviation forest conservation and aviation detection of the fires on peat bogs.
3.1. GAASU "AIRCRAFT" is legal successor of all rights and obligations of RUP "Bellesavia";
3.2. No. 386 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 18.10.2019
3.3. the civil personnel of GAASU "AIRCRAFT" from among aviation personnel are provided with free food in days of flights, and the civil personnel of GAASU "AIRCRAFT" which are part of landing fire engineering service (division) - in days of suppression of the forest and peat fires, accomplishment of rescue and other urgent works in case of liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature.
4. Civil personnel of GAASU "AIRCRAFT" has the uniform and signs of distinction established by the President of the Republic of Belarus.
5. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 14.11.2022 No. 405
