About entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of financial support of innovative development of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Bring in Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and use of means of innovative funds approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2012 No. 357 "About procedure for forming and use of means of innovative funds" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.08. 2012, 1/13679), following amendments:
to add part one after the words "selection and" with words "departmental scientific and technical";
the fourth after words "selection and" to add part with words "departmental scientific and technical";
add Item with part of the following content:
"In the cases provided by legal acts and resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning projects (works) according to the directions of use provided by this Provision after conducting the departmental scientific and technical examination specified in parts one and the fourth this Item the state scientific and technical examination in the procedure established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is carried out.".
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till July 1, 2015 reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - since July 1, 2015;
Item 2 and this Item - after official publication of this Decree.
