1. In Article 9.1 after the words "property of citizens" to add with the words "taking into account restriction, stipulated in Clause 9.8 presents of the Law";

"9.8. Except as specified, established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the redemption of lands for the state needs" and international treaties of the Azerbaijan Republic, person who received in property the parcel of land for construction of the private apartment house on the bases, the stipulated in Clause 9.1 presents of the Law having no right to alienate this parcel of land within five years.
