The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as the Party for the purpose of assistance to the subsequent expansion and strengthening of the relations between bank systems of two states agreed as follows.

Article 1

The parties exchange the publications and periodicals issued by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of Moldova, and also information on problems of monetary policy and development of bank systems of the countries.

Mutual exchange of information, is performed by experience of research and methodical work in the area:

- macroeconomic analysis and forecasting (creation of macromodels);

- cash (monetary) analysis and forecasting;

- financial programming;

- monitoring and analysis of the financial banking market;

- monitoring of real production sector;

- efficiency of monetarist policies;

- implementation of banking supervision;

- contents and techniques of bank training.

The parties agreed to perform regular exchange of statistical information on the main indicators of economic and financial and bank statistics on the approved list, and also if necessary to represent the regulatory legal acts regulating banking and financial activities.

Article 2

The parties expressed consent to perform cooperation in the field of professional training and personnel training in the following forms:

- give opportunity to specialists to participate in the seminars held by training centers and other training structures of the Parties;

- carry out work experience exchange, organize professional training of specialists of the Parties;

- hold joint seminars, round tables;

- direct experts for carrying out consultations in urgent problems of activities of Central Bank;

- direct specialists, teachers of banking for holding specialized seminars in training centers of other Party;

- promote establishment and development of professional contacts directly between regional institutions, and also between educational divisions of the Parties.
