The Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of the Russian Federation of communication and informatization which are referred to as further with the Parties

based on the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999,

proceeding from the Action program of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on realization of provisions of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999,

being guided by the Concept of creation of the integrated communication network of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation,

for the purpose of carrying out single technical policy on standardization of means of communication and creation of single base of industry regulating documents,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the term below designates:

industry regulating documents - regulating documents on the standardization in the field of communication approved and enacted by the Parties within their competence.

Article 2

The parties are considered necessary to unify the industry regulating documents regulating requirements and rules on functioning of communication systems.

Article 3

The parties exchange the programs of standardization, information indexes of industry regulating documents published by copies of the registered regulating documents in Russian.

The documents received by one of the Parties can be transferred to the third party only on condition of the consent of the Party which provided these documents.

Article 4

The parties apply if necessary directly industry regulating documents of other party in case of observance of the regulations and rules established by legislations of the states of both Parties.
