About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning power industry

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning power industry.

2. To Federal Tariff Service to review the size of the money necessary for ensuring safe operation of nuclear power plants established for 2015, and corresponding to it making prices of capacity according to the changes approved by this resolution.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning power industry

1. In Item 119 of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2909):

a) the twenty fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Since 2015 in the cost of the capacity of nuclear power plants sold following the results of competitive selection of capacity the money necessary for ensuring safe operation of these stations are subject to inclusion. Inclusion of the specified means in the cost of capacity is made since month in which the solution of federal executive body in the field of regulation of rates about the size of the specified money and the constituting price of capacity corresponding to it became effective.";

b) add with paragraphs of the following content:
