the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2004 No. 39 "About approval of Rules of rational complex conversion of solid minerals" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 193, 8/11788);
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 2008 No. 40 "About modification of Rules of rational complex conversion of solid minerals" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 134, 8/18874).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
