aiming at full cooperation between the Parties in the field of labor activity and social protection of citizens in the territory of both states,

AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

Action of this agreement extends to the persons (further hereinafter are referred to as - workers) who are citizens or having the permanent residence in the territory of one of the states (further departure imenuyetsyagosudarstvo) and performing the labor activity on the terms of the employment contract (contract) in the territory of other state (further hereinafter is referred to as - the state of employment), and also to members of their families.

Article 2

The age from which employment of citizens is allowed is determined by the legislation of the state of employment.

Article 3

Bodies to which implementation of this agreement is assigned (further hereinafter are referred to as - authorized bodies), are:

from the Belarusian Side - the State committee of the Republic of Belarus on work and social protection of the population;

from the Russian Side - the Federal Migration Service of Russia.

Authorized bodies form for the purpose of practical implementation of this agreement joint working group which tasks include consideration of questions of providing the rights of the citizens provided by this agreement, and preparation of recommendations about permission of the arising problems.

Authorized bodies approve regulations of work of working group and regulations on it.
