About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purposes of this Chapter the term "the organization-the customer of tobacco products" designates the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus - the owner of the trademark (trademarks) or the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus having the right to use the trademark (trademarks) placing with the organization - the tobacco product manufacturer orders for production of such products under this trademark (these trademarks) and the acquiring property right, economic maintaining or operational management on the made tobacco products.
