About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine

According to article 5 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457, for the purpose of harmonization of conditions of transportation of dangerous goods in the internal message with the existing international documents I order:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Changes to Safety rules and procedure for mitigation of consequences of emergencies with dangerous goods in transit their railway transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of October 16, 2000 No. 567, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 23, 2000 for No. 857/5078;

2) Changes to the Rules of transportation of liquid cargoes approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of April 18, 2003 No. 299, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 7, 2003 at No. 558/7879;

3) Changes to the Rules of transportation of dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of November 25, 2008 No. 1430, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2009 for No. 180/16196.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:

1) submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in accordance with the established procedure;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective in 30 days after its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Korniyenko V. V.

Changes to Safety rules and procedure for mitigation of consequences of emergencies with dangerous goods in transit their railway transport

1. In Chapter 2:
