About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About advertizing"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About advertizing" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 195) the following changes and amendment:

2. To state paragraph two of Item 1 of Article 1 in the following edition:

"The purposes of this Law are market development of goods, works and services on the basis of respect for the principles of fair competition, realization of the right of consumers to receipt of fair and reliable advertizing, creating favorable conditions for production and distribution of social and state advertizing, the warning of violations of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic of advertizing, suppression of the inadequate advertizing capable to mislead consumers of advertizing or to do harm to health, property of physical persons or legal entities, the environment or to do harm to honor, advantage or goodwill of specified persons, and also encroaching on public concerns, the principles of humanity and morals.".

3. In Article 6:

text in paragraph four in state language of the word "деп eseptelt zhazgyrmalua" to exclude;

add Article with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-contains signs of unfair competition according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on the competition.".

4. In the text of Article 26 in official language:

Item 1 in paragraph one the word is "performed" to replace with the word "performs";

in Item 3 the word is "exempted" to be replaced with the word "is exempted".

5. In item 4 of Article 31 of the word" (their officials)" to exclude.
