For the purpose of provision to separate categories of government employees of rent housing, creation of proper conditions for accomplishment by them of service duties, their safety and (or) protection of the state secrets:

1. Determine that:

1.1. rent housing is provided to government employees according to the list of positions of the government employees granting the right to rent housing, approved by this Decree (further – government employees), for the term of the employment (office) relationships. At the same time to special advisors to the president of the Republic of Belarus – areas inspectors, except for – the Minsk region inspector, rent housing it is presented the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus for accommodation at the time spent on official journeys.

In the absence of need for provision of rent housing by the government employee housing intended for these purposes can be provided to the citizens who are holding the positions included in personnel registers of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, district, city executive committees, and not having premises in property (share in the right of common property to premises) and (or) in ownership and use * in the settlement on place of employment (service). At the same time rent housing is provided to the specified citizens temporarily before emergence of need of provision of rent housing by the government employee, but not over the term of the employment (office) relationships with these citizens. The corresponding employment contract of rent housing can be terminated ahead of schedule upon the demand of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committee and the Minsk Gorispolkom in case of acquisition by the specified citizens in property (obtaining in ownership and (or) use) premises in the settlement on place of employment (service);
