The governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the purpose of forming of common information space, and also implementation of the analysis of accomplishment of the multilateral agreements signed within the Commonwealth of Independent States
AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Assign to the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth of Independent States of function of accumulating, systematization and information analysis on accomplishment of the multilateral agreements signed between the State Parties of the Commonwealth.
To the executive Secretariat together with the interested departments and the organizations to develop and submit for approval of Coordination advisory committee procedure for obtaining and use of information from the State Parties of the Commonwealth, using the information structures which are available for them, databanks, communication channels, systems of protection and standards of exchange of information. At the same time it is necessary to provide technical, program, organizational compatibility of communication networks and information systems, legal regime of distribution of information.
To provide financing of development, creation and operation of necessary information technologies, means and communication systems in expense budget of the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth.
Provide on a grant basis to the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth information on the accomplishment of multilateral agreements according to the procedure established by Coordination advisory committee.
Assign to Statistical Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States collection, the analysis and provision to the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth of information from national statistical services on accomplishment of multilateral agreements in the field of economy and the social sphere.
