About activities of Intergovernmental council on investigation, use and protection of subsoil in 2011-2013

1. Approve activities of Intergovernmental council on investigation, use and protection of subsoil (The report is attached).

2. Consider the most important tasks of Council assistance to further development and effective use of mineral resources of the State Parties of the CIS, the joint solution of complex geological challenges, strengthening of interaction of services of the State Parties of the CIS in the field of geology and subsurface use.

3. To intergovernmental council on investigation, use and protection of subsoil:

continue the organization of accomplishment and monitoring of the Perspective plan of joint operations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (2011-2015) and to provide annually in Executive committee to the CIS information on the course of accomplishment of the specified Plan for its further review at meetings of CIS Economic Council in accordance with the established procedure;

prepare and accept in 2015 the Perspective plan of joint operations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2016-2020;

prepare and make in accordance with the established procedure suggestions for improvement of regulatory legal acts in the field of investigation, use and protection of subsoil, including on implementation of access to the geological information on subsoil obtained till 1992 and which is stored in geological funds it is exclusive in coordination with the State Parties of the CIS which interests are infringed by required information.
