The governments of the State Parties of this agreement, further - Contracting Parties,
being guided by the Agreement on cooperation in the field of foreign economic activity (on May 15, 1992, Tashkent), and also bilateral agreements about the trade mode,
recognizing need of mutual exchange of the external economic information on export-import transactions (including customs statistics) and normative legal information,
aiming at coordination in the field of foreign economic activity,
AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Contracting parties will exchange regulations, information and texts of documents on the following directions:
about the external economic relations, including currency control;
about customs duties and rates;
about quoting and licensing of goods;
about activities in the markets of the third countries;
about re-export of products;
about investments, including direct capital investments and joint construction, including in the third countries;
about registers of joint businesses and organizations;
about bilateral agreements on the trade mode;
about the signed trade and economic agreements with the third countries;
about cooperation with the international organizations in the field of foreign economic activity;
about property;
about the companies and business activity;
about procedure and practice of consideration of economic disputes;
about the antimonopoly policy;
about quality, certification and standardization of goods and services;
about cash, bank system and securities;
about finance, taxes and the prices;
about transport and transit.
Contracting parties will exchange statistical information in the field of foreign economic activity on the approved system of indicators and methodology of their creation by national statistical services through Statistical committee of the CIS.
