2. Item 24 of Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and the cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 No. 814 "About measures for regulation of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 32, Art. 3878; 2012, No. 37, of the Art. 5002) to state in the following edition:
"24. Licenses for acquisition of weapon are not granted to citizens of the Russian Federation in the presence of the bases provided by the Federal Law "About Weapon".".
