1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the ministries and departments having the highest educational institutions:
about carrying out the annual all-republican tender "The Best Teacher of the Highest Educational Institution" (further - tender);
about the organization of carrying out tender in two stages: intra high school stage (in each highest educational institution) and republican stage.
2. Determine the main objectives of carrying out tender:
a) at the first, intra high school stage:
acceptance and the analysis of the educational and methodical, research, spiritual and educational materials provided by participants of tender;
the organization and quality evaluation of the open classes given by participants of tender;
determination of winners and issue of recommendations for their participation in republican stage of tender;
b) at the second, republican stage:
acceptance and the analysis of the recommendatory documents and presentation materials of participants of tender submitted by the highest educational institutions;
the organization and holding the presentation of the materials prepared by participants of tender;
assessment and determination of winners of tender on the nominations;
organization of financial and moral incentive of winners of tender;
the organization of extended coverage of the course and results of tender in mass media.
