About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, of 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:
in the Section VI:
to add paragraph two of the subitem "b" of Item 2.5 of Chapter 2 with words and figures: "or other freely convertible currency of the 1st group of the Qualifier of foreign currencies and bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 4, 1998 No. 34 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 02, 2002 No. 378, registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on October 24, 2002 for No. 841/7129) (with changes)";
