I. The order GGNI No. 267 of 14.04.2011 "About the organization of activities for administration of large taxpayers" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 70-73/442 of 29.04.2011) to change and add as follows:

Item 11 to exclude 1);

2) the subitem b) Item I of appendix to the order to replace with the text:

"are priority: economic agents from the financial sphere whose activities are regulated by the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of 21.07.1995; insurance companies which are regulated by the Law No. 407-XVI of 21.12.2006 (with employees at least 150 people); the companies from wine-making industry which perform investments into this industry".

II. The tax audits begun during the period before publication of lists of the economic agents included or excluded shall be completed by tax authority which began check, with the subsequent document transfer in tax authority in which are serviced.

III. To provide to management of large taxpayers publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

IV. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
