DECIDED:

1. The State Parties of the Commonwealth appoint permanent plenipotentiaries under authorized bodies of the Commonwealth who on permanent basis participate in work of authorized bodies of the Commonwealth.

2. Determine that before approval of other procedure, the Executive secretariat performs organizational and technical, financial, economic and transport service of activities of permanent plenipotentiaries at the expense of contributions of the State Parties of the Commonwealth.

3. To coordination advisory committee of the Commonwealth to prepare the project of the Regulations on permanent plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the commonwealth under authorized bodies of the Commonwealth and to submit for consideration of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
