About change and amendment of budget classification

Of October 20, 2008 "About budget classification" to make the following additions and changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 91:

In all text of the order of the phrase "public organizations", "the public organizations financed from the budget" and "the organizations financed from the government budget" to replace with the phrase "budget institutions", to make changes on editing the document with exceptions in appropriate case.

2. In appendix No. 1 "Classification of budget receipts":

2.1. To state the name of Section 114.00 in the following edition:

"114.00 Non-personal tax".

2.2. In the Section 121 "Other Entrepreneurial Incomes and Property" to state the name of paragraph 22 in the following edition:

"121.22 Percent on the loans granted from budgets of administrative and territorial units of the second level to budgets of the first level".

2.3. In the Section 122 "Administrative Charges and Payments":

2.3.1. To state the name of paragraph 11 in the following edition:

"122.11 The state fee on the cases considered by courts levied by other bodies";

2.3.2. Exclude paragraph 61;

2.3.3. After the 69th paragraph to add with paragraph 70 in the following edition:

"122.70 Payment for issue of allowing documents by the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiation activities".

2.4. In the Section 123 "Administrative Penalties and Sanctions" to state the name of paragraph 19 in the following edition:

"123.19 Penalties on payments in the budget of the national social insurance, including the penalties imposed by degrees of jurisdiction on administrative cases".
