About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

1. In Item 3.13 of Chapter 3 of the Section III of the Instruction on procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes):

"Early repayment of subordinated debt can happen on condition of the actual increase in fixed capital by debtor bank for the period of accounting in the capital of bank of subordinated debt which the bank plans to extinguish to the Investor, on the amount, not smaller, than this subordinated debt (taking into account depreciation in case of partial repayment)";

to exclude paragraphs of the sixth, seventh.
