1. 2. Grant the right to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation - participants of the "Housing for the Russian Family" program within the state program of the Russian Federation "Providing with affordable and comfortable housing and utilities of citizens of the Russian Federation" to accept till May 1, 2015 the decision on increase in the price of 1 sq.m of the total area of housing of economy class determined within obligations of builders assumed following the results of the selections of builders which are carried out before the date of entry into force of this resolution for the purpose of program implementation "Housing for the Russian family" which parcels of land on the date of selection were in private property or in lease at builders to minimum of sizes - 35 thousand rubles or 80 percent of assessment of market value of 1 sq.m of the total area of housing of economy class which is carried out no later than 2 months from acceptance date of such decision except for the prices of the agreements and public (municipal) contracts per 1 sq.m of total area of housing of economy class signed concerning the specified housing before acceptance date of such decision.
