About modification and amendments in budget classification

According to the Art. of 7 paragraphs (5) the Law on budget system and budget process No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996 and for the purpose of regulation and improvement of procedure for reflection of separate budget indicators I ORDER:

Of October 20, 2008 "About budget classification" to make the following additions and changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 91:

1. In appendix No. 1 "Classification of budget receipts":

1.1. To add the article 315.00 "Transfers of Special Purpose from the Government Budget" after paragraph 07 with paragraphs 08, 09 and 10 in the following edition:

"315.08 Transfers of special purpose from the government budget to budgets of administrative and territorial units for preschool, initial, general average, vocational and additional (out-of-school) education through local budgets II of level;

315.09 Transfers of special purpose from the government budget to budgets of administrative and territorial units for sports schools through local budgets II of level;

315.10 Transfers of special purpose from the government budget to budgets of administrative and territorial units for protection of warehouses with the unsuitable and prohibited pesticides through local budgets II of level".

1.2. To add the article 317.00 "Transfers of Special Purpose from the Central Budget of Autonomous Territorial Education with Special Legal Status to Budgets of Administrative and Territorial Units of the First Level" after paragraph 07 with paragraph 08 in the following edition:

"317.08 Transfers of special purpose from the central budget of autonomous territorial education with special legal status from own means to budgets of administrative and territorial units of the first level".

2. In appendix No. 5 "Organizational classification of expenses of the budget "B. Types of the organizations, organizations and actions financed from the budget":
