About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1019) the following amendments and changes:

"Article 2-1. State policy in the field of the competition

The main directions of state policy in the field of the competition are developed by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The procedure for regulation of the relations connected with monopolistic activities, protection and development of the competition in the market of financial services (except banking services), is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Anti-monopoly regulation in the market of banking services is performed by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the regulatory legal acts obligatory for execution by the commercial banks and other financial credit institutes licensed and regulated by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. In Article 3:
