1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2015 No. 156

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to take measures for reducing limit of the number of staff of local executive bodies in number of the established posts provided on forming of number of chairmen and staff of the secretariats of disciplinary councils of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty;

2) to bring the earlier adopted acts into accord with this Decree;

3) to take other measures following from this Decree.

3. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
