About approval of Changes to the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs

According to Articles 7, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of transactions for realization of commemorative coins of Ukraine, souvenirs the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 33 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, the souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 213, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 22, 2012 in case of No. 1044/21356 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of currency circulation (Zayvenko V. P.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of Operations department, territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and structural units of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Smoliya Ya. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
