The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Subitem 197.1.25 of Item 197.1 of article 197 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (2011, 112) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 13-17, in the following edition:
"197.1.25. Delivery (subscription) and delivery of periodicals of printing mass media (except editions of erotic nature) national production, preparation (literary, scientific and technical editing, adjustment, design and imposition), production (printing or record on the electronic medium), to distribution of books, including electronic content (except editions of erotic nature) national production, student's notebooks, textbooks and education guidances, dictionaries Ukrainian-foreign or foreign Ukrainian of national production on customs area of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
