Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 11 of the Procedure for creation, operation and use of artificial islands, constructions and installations in internal sea waters and in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 2000 No. 44 "About approval of the Procedure for creation, operation and use of artificial islands, constructions and installations in internal sea waters and in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 4, Art. 396; 2010, No. 31, of the Art. 4247), words "Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation" to exclude.

In Item 8 of the Regulations on consideration of requests for receipt of mineral right in case of factual determination of discovery of the field of minerals on the subsoil plot of federal importance or on the subsoil plot which is carried to subsoil plots of federal importance as a result of discovery of the field of minerals by the subsoil user who was carrying out works on geological studying of subsoil of such site at the expense of own means for exploration and production of minerals of the found field approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2008 No. 897 "About approval of the Regulations on consideration of requests for receipt of mineral right in case of factual determination of discovery of the field of minerals on the subsoil plot of federal importance or on the subsoil plot which is carried to subsoil plots of federal importance as a result of discovery of the field of minerals by the subsoil user carrying out works on geological studying of subsoil of such site at the expense of own means for exploration and production of minerals of the found field" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 49, the Art. 5839):
