Rules of certification of forces of ensuring transport safety

1. These rules establish procedure for certification of forces of ensuring transport safety and personnel of the specialized organizations in the field of the ensuring transport safety which is directly performing assessment of vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and courts to which the rules of merchant shipping and the requirement of protection of courts and port means established by international treaties of the Russian Federation, and also the vessels of the icebreaker fleet used for posting on maritime routes are applied (further respectively - certification, the certified persons), and also procedure for involvement of the certifying organizations for the purpose of certification.

2. The terms and determinations used in these rules are applied in the values established by the Federal Law "About Transport Safety" (further - the Federal Law).
