The State Parties of this agreement on behalf of the governments which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by provisions of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of education of May 15, 1992 and the Agreement on cooperation on forming of single (general) educational space of the Commonwealth of Independent States of January 17, 1997,

considering traditional ties in the field of education between the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

understanding need of interaction for development of single approaches for provision to citizens of the Parties of the equal rights to receipt of the general education with citizens of the Party in the territory of which education is performed,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties provide access to educational institutions to citizens of the Parties for education within the state educational standards on equal terms with citizens of the Party in the territory of which education is performed.

Article 2

The procedure for reception of citizens of the Parties in the educational institutions having the state accreditation and realizing general education programs is determined by the legislation of the Party in the territory of which education, is performed by this agreement and charters of educational institutions.

Article 3

The parties promote acceptance in educational institutions of citizens of the Parties which are constantly living in their territories under direct agreements, and also under contracts between educational institutions.
