About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for separate war crimes

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Article 402-405, 407-411, 413, 418-421, 425, 426, 428, 435 Criminal codes of Ukraine (2001, 131) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 25-26, in the following edition:

"Article 402. Disobedience

1. Disobedience, that is open refusal to execute the order of the chief, and also other intentional non-execution of the order

it is punished by office restriction for a period of up to two years or content in disciplinary battalion for a period of up to two years, or imprisonment for a period of up to three years.

2. The same act if it is made by group of persons or entailed heavy effects,

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to seven years.

3. The disobedience made in the conditions of the special period except warlike situation,

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to seven years.

4. The disobedience made in the conditions of warlike situation or in fighting situation

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to ten years.
