The structural divisions acting as collaborators in preparation of questions provide to responsible structural division information for subsequent its code.";

"10. Organization of document flow
10.1. Acceptance of incoming correspondence is performed by Management on clerical work daily Monday through Friday with 8:30/9:00 (from April 1 to November 15 / from November 15 to April 1) till 16:00 o'clock the working day.

Document registration and the addresses of citizens is made in electronic base "Askid" with 8:30/9:00 (from April 1 to November 15 / from November 15 to April 1) till 17:00 o'clock in day of their acceptance with putting down of stamps on the first sheets and with assignment of registration (serial) numbers and receipt dates.
In case of registration of addresses of citizens, registration number shall consist of the first letter of surname of the applicant, sequence number and receipt date.
