About entering of amendment and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2012 No. 174

For the purpose of development of pharmaceutical industry I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2012 No. 174 "About some measures for development of pharmaceutical industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 47, 1/13446; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.11. 2013, 1/14598) the following amendments and changes:

1.1. the paragraph one of part one of Item 6 after the word to "duties" to add with the words "and to the value added tax levied by customs authorities";

1.2. to be reworded as follows appendices 1-3 to this Decree (are applied).

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
