About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning employment of the population

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for the organization of professional training, retraining and advanced training of the unemployed approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2006 No. 1334 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 170, 5/23224; 2008, No. 53, 5/26825; 2012, No. 22, 5/35256):

to exclude paragraphs of the fourth and seventh;

to consider paragraphs of the fifth and sixth respectively paragraphs the fourth and fifth;

in Item 15:

for poor progress on three and more subjects (subject matters, practice);

in case of not passing of final assessment without valid excuse;

for systematic (repeated during the educational period) non-execution or improper execution of obligations of students;
