About modification and amendments in Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in part the second Item 8 of Regulations of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 "About Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.04. 2014, 5/38720), following changes and amendment:
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
the fifth or eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth or tenth;
to add the paragraph of the sixth with words ", created by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
to exclude paragraphs of the seventh and eighth;
the ninth and tenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the seventh and eighth;
in paragraph eight of the word "drafts of substandard legal acts" shall be replaced with words "drafts of other substandard legal acts of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
