The Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States, being guided by the Agreement on the status of Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States, hereinafter referred to as "Parties", for the purpose of establishment of bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Each other, including on electronic media, shall inform the parties on practice of application of the legislation and international treaties, exchange the legal acts regulating activity of the courts, materials on generalization and the analysis of court practice, explanations of courts according to topical legal issues and other documents concerning activity of the courts and which are of mutual interest.

Article 2

The parties will perform exchange of delegations for mutual studying of work experience and reforms on enhancement of systems of legal proceedings.

Article 3

The parties will carry out according to the mutual arrangement:

- working meetings and consultations on development of general approaches to the solution of certain legal problems;

- scientific and practical conferences (seminars) for development of recommendations about ensuring uniform application of the national legal system and the right of the Commonwealth;

- joint developments on urgent problems of legal proceedings;

- the publication of the materials about activities of the Parties in editions released by them.

For the purpose of development of bilateral cooperation of the Party in mutual consent will use as well other forms of interaction.

Article 4

Changes and additions to this agreement are made by mutual consent of the Parties and drawn up by separate protocols which will be integral parts of this agreement.
