About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of public morals"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About protection of public morals" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 14, Art. 192; 2010, No. 10, Art. 105; 2014, No. 20-21, of Art. 712; 2015, Art. No. 2-3, 12) following changes:

1. In the second offer of part one of Article 2 of the word "specially authorized body of the executive authority in the field of culture and arts" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of culture".

2. In part one of Article 8 of the word "in the presence of the positive conclusion of National commission of experts of Ukraine concerning protection of public morals, and" to exclude.

3. The seventh and eighth Article 9 to state parts in the following edition:

"Registration of film, audio-and video production which has restrictions of spectator audience is performed by the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of cinematography. Data on registration of such film and video production join in the state register of movies.

Registration of specialized mass media of sexual or erotic nature is performed by the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of state registration of printing mass media".

4. Exclude Article 10.

6. In Article 13:
