1. Parts 2 and 4 of Article 45, part 8 of Article 125, part 2 Articles 126, part 7 of Article 299, part 3 Articles 319, part 4 Articles 347, of part 4, of the 5 and 9 article 353 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation become effective since January 1, 2017.
2. Item 14 of article 21 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

The cases which are in production of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and courts of law and are not considered till September 15, 2015 are subject to consideration and permission according to the procedure, provided by the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation.
