About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for submission of reports by banks electronically in National Bank of Moldova

Based on the Art. 5, 11 and 26 Laws No. 548-XIII of 21.07.1995 on National Bank of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Instruction about procedure for submission of reports by banks electronically in National Bank of Moldova approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 132 of 17.07.2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 157-159, 447), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) to make the following changes to the table 1 of appendix No. 1:

a) 10, of 13, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 18, of 19, of 32, of 33, 42 and 46 to exclude lines;

b) in line 45 "The report on credit portfolio" to replace the text with the text "Loan portfolio and credit obligations" and to replace the word "quarterly" with the word "monthly";
