(1) Art. 11 and the item c) Art. 26 of the Law No. 548-XIII of 21.07.1995 on National Bank of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

In the instruction about procedure for submission of reports by banks electronically in National Bank of Moldova approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 132 of 17.07.2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 157-159, 447), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 3 to state the concept "Authorized person" of the following edition:

"The authorized person – physical person, the employee of bank to which the bank delegated the rights to look through, create or send reports to NBM. The right to transfer reports to NBM can have only the authorized person which is holder of the certificate of open key".

2. After Item 12 to add with Item 12-1 of the following content:

"12-1. For the purpose of delegation of the authorized person with the right of viewing and creation of reports only the operations specified in subitems and and Item 12 b will be performed".
