About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and recognition voided the Procedure for establishment of retail prices on natural gas for the population
Taking into account the powers concerning price regulation on natural gas conferred to the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities by article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of functioning of the natural gas market" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Declare invalid the Procedure for establishment of retail prices on the natural gas for the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for housing and communal services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, the Art. 2472).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except Item 2, which becomes effective since April 1, 2015.
