According to the item i) h. (3) Art. 14 of the Law No. 420-XVI of December 22, 2006 on technical regulation (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 36-38, 141) and item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 130 of February 21, 2014 about approval of the Technical regulation "Industrial Machines" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, 148) I ORDER to Art. No. 49-52,:

1. Approve the List of the harmonized standards accepted as the Moldavian standards to the Technical regulation "Industrial Machines" approved by the Order of the Government No. 130 of February 21, 2014 which application provides to the made products presumption of compliance to the main safety requirements provided for the above-stated technical regulation it (is applied).

2. This order is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since February 28, 2016.
