About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The criminal code of Ukraine (2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Article 336-1 of the following content:

"Article 336-1. Evasion from service of civil protection during the special period or in case of carrying out target mobilization

Evasion from service of civil protection during the special period (except the recovery period) or in case of carrying out target mobilization -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of two up to five years".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of emergency state" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 23, Art. 176; 2003, No. 29, Art. 233; 2014, No. 15, Art. 326):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part two of Article 17 of the word of "natural disaster or catastrophic crashes" "especially heavy emergency situations";

To exclude 2) in part one of Article 20 of the word of "troops of civil defense".

3. Part one of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 28, Art. 224; 2010, No. 12, Art. 119; 2013, 15, the Art. 99) to add No. with Item 14-1 of the following content:

"14-1) to establish for physical persons and legal entities room duty from accommodation of staff of bodies and divisions of civil protection, and also the evacuated population".

4. Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, Art. 420; 2011, 4, the Art. 27) after the paragraph of the seventh to add No. with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"Providing for the special period of Operational rescue service of civil protection by the prepared personnel, rescue and other equipment, food, ware property, other material and financial resources;
