About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship", adopted on August 15, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 3, Art. 58; 2013, No. 3, Art. 59; 2014, No. 2, the Art. 84), the following changes and amendments:

add Article 11 with Item of the following content:

"7) support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship to public associations.";

add Chapter III with article 18-1 of the following content:

"Article 18-1. State support of public associations of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship

1. The state support of public associations of the subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship created according to the legislation of Turkmenistan is directed to increase in motivation of entrepreneurs to consolidation in different forms of public associations for the purpose of providing optimum conditions for development of entrepreneurship, fair competition, increase in responsibility and competence of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, collective protection of their interests in state governing bodies.

2. The state support of public associations of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship is performed by state governing bodies, local government bodies in the way:

1) assistance in need of providing public associations, their members and the companies with rooms and means of communication for holding by them public actions for questions of development of private entrepreneurship;

2) involvement of public associations and their members to preparation of projects of regulatory legal acts, programs of social and economic development of the respective regions;

3) provisions to public associations and their members of possibility of use of mass media for the purpose of promoting of the ideas of small and medium entrepreneurship;

4) involvement of public associations and their members to participation in the conferences, seminars and other governmental activities including held abroad.".
